The SMS360 Behavioural Observation application is designed to facilitate the capturing and recording of data in real time while in the field, utilizing mobile devices. This functionality ensures that data is immediately synchronized with the web-based SMS360 Risk Management application.

In circumstances where an internet connection is unavailable, users are still able to capture essential data, which can be synchronized later when connectivity is restored. Upon accessing a specific SMS360 module, users are presented with a tailored set of questions pertinent to that module.

Additionally, the application allows for the upload of supporting information as required by each module, optimizing the data collection process. Reporting functions are exclusively conducted through the web-based SMS360 application, enhancing user experience and accessibility.

User access is securely managed via a User Name and Password system integrated within SMS360, ensuring that data protection protocols are maintained throughout the application.
